Include only what's absolutely necessary to reduce headers pulled into a
translation unit. If you need access to
instance's from `APPLICATION` include `BaseInstance.h` separately

This makes the account system much more modular
and makes it treat errors as something recoverable,
unless they come directly from the MSA refresh token
becoming invalid.
