XandarNull 9455ce45c9 feat(mods): add release channel filtering for mod updates 
- Support Modrinth version_types in POST /version_files/update
- Add release type filtering in FlameAPI::getLatestVersion
- Add ModUpdateReleaseTypes global setting with instance override
- Add quick channel filter actions to the Check for Updates menu
- Make IndexedVersionType::fromString case-insensitive
