- Fix peers disconnecting when app is minimized on Android 14 (Doze Mode)
- Improve background service wake lock reliability under aggressive battery optimization
- Add GetOutboundQueueCount() and ClearOutboundQueue() to yggmail mobile bindings
- Add "Clear Outbound Queue" item to Settings → Storage section
- Show pending message count before clearing with confirmation dialog
- Undeliverable message timeout reduced to 24h via updated yggmail dependency
