Kelsi 6cbcbf46b7 fix dusk moons and add cratered moon rendering ...

Scale moon visibility by DBC sky luminance so moons no longer appear as
extra suns on a still-bright dusk sky, and guard the cloud sun direction
hemisphere. Give moons an explicit shader path with craters, maria, limb
darkening, and a spherical phase terminator.
