c1cfa26ba2 QOL Improvements 
Re-Scan is now less desctructive, should preserve channels and auto update state.
Add the ability to update multiple clients at once with context menu.
Rename Refresh.
Rename Re-Scan.
Add tooltips to Refresh and Re-Scan.
