e12d2e88c6 Updated docs: SearchRiseSet, SearchAltitude.
The documentation for SearchRiseSet and SearchAltitude needed
clarification about refraction and the part of the body solved
for (center versus limb). The JavaScript version was especially
lacking compared to documentation for the other languages.

Also documented SearchAltitude's limitations; it does not
work at or near maximum/minimum altitude.

Mention that user-defined stars are allowed for
SearchRiseSet, SearchAltitude, and SearchHourAngle.

Fixed a couple places where the Kotlin documentation had
broken links to other functions.

5676049596 Kotlin: added iterator helper functions
Added the following iterator functions that wrap
search/next pairs of functions:

    globalSolarEclipsesAfter
    localSolarEclipsesAfter
    lunarApsidesAfter
    lunarEclipsesAfter
    moonNodesAfter
    moonQuartersAfter
    planetApsidesAfter
    transitsAfter

I updated the following Kotlin demos:

    MoonPhase.kt    ==> moonQuartersAfter
    LunarEclipse.kt ==> lunarEclipsesAfter

However, I have not yet figured out how to use these
functions in the corresponding Java demos.

4c34245c01 Kotlin doc cleanup: removed more 'jvm' tags.
I found that there were a bunch of lingering 'jvm'
tags in the generated markdown documentation.
Got rid of them with another change to format_kotlin_doc.py.

5708ae36a6 Process Kotlin documentation to fix dokka issues.
The dokkaGfm tool has a few oddities I don't like.
I updated my format_kotlin_doc.py script to work around
a couple of them:

1. Strip out all the noisy [jvm] tags it puts everywhere.

2. Remove the unhelpful and incorrect `Properties` sections
   it adds to all my enum classes and enum members.

I will come back and address other issues later.
