7d444fd93b add documentation for MaxQueue (and other missing options) to clamd.conf (bb #1521).

15d67313c4 allow 'make check' to work even if check is not installed 
by skipping checks that require it. (bb #1157)
if configure is not able to find check, you can use
--with-libcheck-prefix, instead of CHECK_CFLAGS and
CHECK_LIBS.
remove accidental AC_DEFINE GETHOSTBYNAME_R_6 from last commit.

3910124321 remove contrib/phishing/test, we now have a real unit test in unit_tests/ 
/usr/share/autotools-dev/examples/autogen says mkinstalldirs not needed, the
Makefiles define it as $(install_sh) -d, so remove.

1eb943f3fc use automake for a basic check that the installed programs work. 
currently only tests clamscan and sigtool

database: 0 sized .cvd files were still installed, because exit 0 didn't stop
the entire rule. fixed

m4/fdpassing.m4: move all FD passing checks here
clamd/session.[ch], scanner.[ch]:
contrib/clamd_fdscan:
	add rfc2292/bsd4.4 style file descriptor passing support
	this code is from Marc Balmer <marc*msys.ch>, with some portability
	fixes applied
