Micah Snyder a746d344df Remove Autotools build system & built-in LLVM ...

CMake is now required to build.

The built-in LLVM is no longer available.

Also removed support for libltdl calls, which is not used in the CMake
builds, was only used when building with Autotools.

TODO: Fix CMake LLVM support & update to work with modern versions.
