* remove unsupported parameter `--sign-args`

apparently no longer wanted, despite being documented, see https://github.com/AppImage/appimagetool/issues/39

* add usr/share/metainfo/Cryptomator.appdata.xml

* appimagetool fails when adding AppStream metadata
