Torsten Grote 9a6c6a3546 [app] don't initialize all of FDroidApp if we are ACRA process ...

Current code only bails out of FDroidApp initialization if promptToSendCrashReports is on (which is default). But we get a couple of reports about the DB being locked which can happen when two processes try to access it.
