Jonathan BennettandClaude Opus 5.5 10a827cdf8 Bench traffic: schedule arrivals on a fixed timeline, report send cost
r119 delivered about a third of the requested load: OSThread re-bases its interval when runOnce()
returns, so each frame's send time (~290 ms on the RAK) was added to every gap. Arrivals are now drawn
on an absolute timeline, so send time no longer stretches the period while it stays under the mean gap.
The 60 s summary adds the mean time sendOne() blocks and how late each send starts, so a node that
cannot keep up shows why.
