- Bump lewisxhe/SensorLib 0.4.1 -> 0.5.0 on all variants that use it
- Switch includes and __has_include guards to the 0.5 umbrella headers
(ImuDrv, AccelerometerDrv, MagnetometerDrv, IoExpanderDrv, TouchDrvCST,
TouchDrvGoodix); the old names are deprecated shims or removed
- Port QMI8658Sensor to the rewritten SensorQMI8658 driver
- Replace deprecated getPoint() with getTouchPoints()
- Exclude SensorLib's bundled BMM150 driver; its bmm150_defs.h collides
with DFRobot_BMM150
- Drop the isBitSet macro workarounds; 0.5 no longer defines the macro
