Jonathan BennettandClaude Opus 5 a8120ef176 Gate verbose radio logging behind LOG_DEBUG_RADIO (RADIO_DEBUG) (#12071)
Console I/O is expensive on some platforms - on a T-Beam over HWCDC a log
line can block behind someone else's USB drain - so chatty radio logging
sits on the path it is meant to observe. Add a gate in the shape of
GPS_DEBUG/LOG_DEBUG_GPS: RADIO_DEBUG (default 0) and LOG_DEBUG_RADIO(),
which costs no flash when off. It lives in DebugConfiguration.h beside
LOG_TRACE, since every radio driver already includes it.

Moved behind it: chip bring-up detail (constructor pin lines, TCXO probing,
RF-switch and irqDioNum selection, current limit, FW version, DCDC and PA
table) and the recurring per-event chatter (standby failures, sleep entry,
AGC reset, frequency-offset reads on every RX, noise-floor reset, invalid
RSSI samples, sleep veto, cancelSending, no-LoRa and pending-TX drops, the
weighted Tx delay printed per relayable packet).

Unchanged: packet lines (printPacket "Lora RX"/"Started Tx"), init results,
region/frequency/bandwidth/power summaries, and every LOG_WARN/LOG_ERROR
anomaly. Two constructor lines that were LOG_WARN for no reason (LR11x0,
LR20x0) are now gated like their SX126x/SX128x/RF95 counterparts, and the
noise-floor reset line drops from LOG_INFO, since it fires with every 60 s
AGC upkeep.
