remote-info: Don't fail on missing optional metadata

The runtime and sdk keys are optional and are printed as "-" when absent.
Passing the caller's GError to g_key_file_get_string() set it on a missing
key, so remote-info returned success with *error set and tripped the
assertion in flatpak-main.c, aborting with SIGABRT. Pass NULL instead.
