tests: Free each fallback-X11 permission result

The fallback-X11 permission test overwrites res_perms twice. Its autoptr
cleanup only frees the last hash table, leaking the first two results.
Give each test case its own res_perms so cleanup runs before the next
case starts.

LeakSanitizer reported 1049 leaked bytes in 30 allocations on Ubuntu
24.04. The test passes with leak detection enabled after this change.
