Subject: [PATCH] Add require: false to aws-sdk-s3 in Gemfile

Prevents aws-sdk-s3, aws-sdk-core, and aws-sdk-kms from auto-loading
on application boot across web and worker processes. The gem is
required on-demand in config/sitemap.rb.
