China list cleanup: Max Financial Media & Miao Mi

* Max Financial Media
  * Changing to the Chinese name since this is a Chinese channel.
  * Replaced the logo for the company with one of the actual channel.
  * Added Mandarin Chinese language.
* Miao Mi
  * Removed. .m3u8 playlist exists but .ts files give 404 errors.
