bd2dda10e8 ALL : Chunklist replacements 
We talked about this for some time, to prevent using chunklists, we prefer keeping adaptive links (playlist.m3u8, index.m3u8, master.m3u8 etc etc...) that can permit to get the best quality for your bandwidth (depending on what your bandwidth can take, you'll get the equivalent quality to your bandwidth.)

This PR will try to change all the links to keep only playlists.
