Updated logo on two channels.
Added BBC Persian back with updated (not 24hrs) on the channel name. 
Added all working channels from GEM group back. They all have working streams.

c743ec55bb Removed dead links 
All links were tested in two different time periods (in case the channel is not broadcast 24 hours a day).

'iptv-checker-module' node package and Elmedia Video Player were used for testing.
