Jarek Kowalski d95e6a3d09 sftp: Fixed issues in SFTP provider, Fixes #216 
- did not work on windows due to use of filepath which uses backslash
  instead of slash
- added support for embedding SFTP key
- fixed UI controls
- misc fixes for KopiaUI
- added progress reporting
