Tobias Doerffel	372ff79f96	Dropped ResourceItem type "TypeSoundFont" ... Dropped separate ResourceItem type "TypeSoundFont" as theres no benefit from distinguishing it from other plugin-specific files. Soundfonts now are treated as TypePluginSpecificResource.
