* Remove fpp_t, switch f_cnt_t to std::uint64_t, change uses of fpp_t to use f_cnt_t instead

* Switch release_frame in Lb302 to use f_cnt_t

* Switch ch_cnt_t to uint16_t

* Update src/core/NotePlayHandle.cpp
