Ivan Enderlin 40f1ce80ea test: Bye bye SS proxy, hello Synapse \o/. 
This patch removes the sliding sync proxy, and makes the
`matrix-sdk-integration-testing` tests to run against Synapse with
MSC4186 enabled.
