Ivan Enderlin b1c28f4bc1 feat(ui): sync_service::State::Error contains the cause error.

This patch updates the `State::Error` variant to contain the error that
led to this state.

Matrix Rust SDK bindings

In this directory, one can find bindings to the Rust SDK that are maintained by the owners of the Matrix Rust SDK project.
