Benjamin Bouvier 0d592e4051 chore: make Client::homeserver not async by changing the underlying kind of mutex

The mutex used for the `homeserver` field is very short-lived, so use a std mutex instead, which
makes a few methods sync instead of async.

Matrix Rust SDK bindings
