Ivan Enderlin 663708272c refactor(sdk): Rename EventCacheStore::clear_all_linked_chunks to clear_all_events. ...

This patch renames the `EventCacheStore::clear_all_linked_chunks` to
`clear_all_events` so that it clarifies what the method does. Indeed,
we can clear the `LinkedChunk`s without erasing the events, but this is
expected to erase all the events anyway.
