Benjamin Bouvier db84936dcd fix(room): make Room::history_visibility() return an Option

And introduce `Room::history_visibility_or_default()` to return a better
sensible default, according to the spec.

Matrix Rust SDK bindings

In this directory, one can find bindings to the Rust SDK that are maintained by the owners of the Matrix Rust SDK project.
