Benjamin Bouvier e4331ac9b8 timeline: use a string instead of a u64 to identify timeline items

This will allow to define a prefix later, to distinguish detached
timelines from live timelines.

Matrix Rust SDK bindings

In this directory, one can find bindings to the Rust SDK that are maintained by the owners of the Matrix Rust SDK project.
