Kévin Commaille 2eb2ae7959 refactor(oidc): Use the GET /auth_metadata Matrix endpoint (#4673 )

This is the method to get the server metadata in the latest draft of
[MSC2965](https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-spec-proposals/pull/2965).

We still keep the old behavior with `GET /auth_issuer` as fallback for
now because it has wider server support.

There are some pre-main commit cleanups to simplify the main commit.
This can be reviewed commit by commit.

The changes were tested with the oidc_cli example on beta.matrix.org.

Closes #4550.

Matrix Rust SDK bindings

In this directory, one can find bindings to the Rust SDK that are maintained by the owners of the Matrix Rust SDK project.

apple or matrix-rust-components-swift, Swift bindings of the matrix-sdk crate via matrix-sdk-ffi,
matrix-sdk-crypto-ffi, UniFFI (Kotlin, Swift, Python, Ruby) bindings of the matrix-sdk-crypto crate,
matrix-sdk-ffi, UniFFI bindings of the matrix-sdk crate.

There are also external bindings in other repositories:

matrix-sdk-crypto-wasm, JavaScript / WebAssembly bindings of the matrix-sdk-crypto crate,
