Simon Farre fc56ae3dcf Expose invite_user_by_id over the FFI

This PR is self explanatory.

Exposes said function to the FFI. Defined in the .adl file,
and defined to throw `ClientError`

Matrix Rust SDK bindings

In this directory, one can find bindings to the Rust SDK that are maintained by the owners of the Matrix Rust SDK project.
