PatTheMav 0ce2e12e0c cmake: Fix cmake display of unsupported modules ...

Modules that are not available on a specific platform are not
"disabled", but not available to begin with.

This also fixes the issue of displaying "obs-vst3" twice if its added
to the project with different (mutually exclusive) architectures.
