PatTheMav 3ca56fee84 libobs: Silence clang warnings for empty prototypes without void ...

clang expects an empty prototype to explicitly use `void`.

Also silences the warning in `libobs-opengl`, `obsglad`, `caption`,
`mac-syphon` and `obs-x264-test`.
