f52fbdf5ee Switch log level to Fatal when specified assets don't exist 
If the service is started with an assets path and it doesn't exist, the
service should exit instead of just logging a warning and defaulting to
the builtin assets.

5fc55ad518 Hide search bar for built in phoenix config 
Since file search is not supported in ocis yet, we made a PR to phoenix
to hide the searchbar when the respective config option is set to true.

As we're using a builtin config, we need to provide that by default.

0fabe3b0c4 fix: remove flagset options 
Flagsets are not necessary for initializing the web server/service.
Passing them will cause micro to call the flagset function again which
then overrides the given value with the default value.

Fixes #33
