Scenarios from OCIS API tests that are expected to fail with OCIS storage

The expected failures in this file are from features in the owncloud/ocis repo.

downloading an archive with invalid path returns HTTP/500

apiArchiver/downloadByPath.feature:69

Hardcoded call to /home/..., but /home no longer exists

Tries to download /Shares/ folder but it cannot be downloaded any more directly

Overwriting a file in the space within the allowed quota does not work

apiSpaces/quota.feature:56

Viewer and editor has the possibility to disable the space
