* fix(jmap): fix bug where CommandBlobUpload was used instead of
   CommandBlobGet in GetBlob (now GetBlobMetadata)

 * we currently don't need a variant of BlobGetCommand that also
   retrieves the content of the blob, instead we only use it for
   retrieving metadata about it
