objecttothis b4db867ca1 feat(lang): add job queue translations across all locales 
Add localized strings for new Job Queue feature.

- Add 'jobs'/'jobs_desc' entries to each locale's Module.php for
  module listing/description.
- Add new per-locale Jobs.php language files covering mode
  selection (auto/web/manual), throttle settings, web mode max
  time, job selection/processing actions, and save
  success/failure messages.
- Covers all supported locales (ar-EG, ar-LB, az, bg, bs, ckb, cs,
  da, de-CH, de-DE, el, en, en-GB, es-ES, es-MX, fa, fr, and more)
  to keep the feature fully localized app-wide.
