97adee0c28 Language changes 
- Refactor Plugins.php language keys
- Correct spacing between key and `=>`
- Replaced `"` with `'` to avoid calling the PHP string parser
- Propagated Plugins.php language string file to other languages
- removed redundant `plugin_` from key names
