objecttothis 2fd86291ba fix(i18n): standardize Russian language file formatting and improve translations

- Replaced inconsistent double quotes with single quotes across all keys/values for better alignment with project conventions.
- Fixed translation errors, updated missing strings, and corrected inaccuracies in multiple modules such as Attributes, Calendar, Employees, etc.
- Enhanced clarity and consistency in phrases while ensuring accurate localization.
