objecttothis 7c8e392021 fix(i18n): address misplaced keys and duplicate entries in Azerbaijani and Russian language files ...

- Corrected placement of `definition_invalid_group` in Azerbaijani Attributes.php.
- Removed duplicate `toggle_cost_and_profit` key in Azerbaijani and Russian Reports.php.
- Reorganized keys in Russian Config.php for better alignment and added shortcuts-related keys.
