objec c217fd770c Language Strings refactor ...

- Remove the `mailchimp_` prefix from strings as it is redundant.
- Replace `"` with `'` to avoid calling the PHP string parser when not needed.
- Correct the French translation of a phrase for the tooltip.
- Resort strings alphabetically.
- Add strings representing subscription statuses.
