Subject: [PATCH] update choicer (#10513)

* animaation refinement
- changed roll animation
- added choice animationa
- remove unused pngs
- add confirmation sounds
- remove extra config option inside config

* fix roll animation snapping
make roll animation responsive

* switch plugin hub icon
