Subject: [PATCH] Update KPH Tracker (#909)

Implement Enum to store boss info, remove config option, add option to move icon location on panel, add fastest kill tracking, add button to switch between virtual and actual kph, add callisto, add timers to try and make kill tracking more accurate. change the way info is updated and additional backend changes.
