Subject: [PATCH] update qol-interfaces (#10263)

Removed Drag button, improved moving interfaces
Title bar now drags similar to jagex interfaces
Inventory Value Easter eggs
Switched trade overlay to use runelites GetMembers vs custom Members code
Renamed Trade Safety to Social Safety to be ready for future social safety updates
Reduced code, and performance updates
