Subject: [PATCH] add easy-tasks (#10444)

* Add Easy Tasks plugin

This plugin is designed to be an extendable task helper for multi-step tasks that require the player to carry specific items and/or teleport to specific places to complete a task or run.
The first supported task is birdhouse runs with plans to expand to other areas in the future.
