Updated plugin, added configuration improvements:

- Added per-state text sizing (Tagged / Poisoned / Venomed)
- Added horizontal (X) offset option
- Expanded X/Y offset range to ±250
- Added global bold text toggle
- Improved overlay rendering flexibility

* Update venomator-bow

Updated version to 1.1.0 and refreshed commit hash.
