848f8dc506 add chat-name-colors (#3845) 
* Add Chat Name Colors to external plugin hub

This plugin gives the user the ability to specify colors to rename users in their chat to. This helps with readability in large groups with similar names

Fixed the support URI problem, I thought it was an email address for some reason
