d5e12b6d68 update phoenix-necklace-jingle (#9197) 
Removed creating sound from code, instead shipping empty wav in JAR now. 

From current version in pluginhub: Added option to play any ingame sound in game by sound ID, alternatively play any wav file instead that can be placed in the .Runelite folder by the user.

c32540439a transfer phoenix-necklace-jingle (#9012) 
I have updated to Phoenix Necklace Jingle to support custom sounds (.wav) files and to support different sound IDs. The owner is non-responsive and I would like to take over the plugin.
