* Add Kill Clips plugin * Add jcodec dependency verification for kill-clips * Update kill-clips commit hash * Update kill-clips commit * Remove jcodec dependency, bump kill-clips commit The kill-clips plugin no longer depends on jcodec for H.264 encoding; it now ships only the in-tree MJPEG AVI encoder.
