* Create clue-scroll-notifier * Update clue-scroll-notifier * feat: Replace external sound download with local resource usage for clue notifications - Updated ClueScrollNotifierPlugin to remove external download logic and rely on local sound resources. - Modified FileManager to use getResourceAsStream() to load the clue.wav sound file directly from the classpath. - Refactored SoundEngine to handle sound playback using local resource * Update clue-scroll-notifier * Update clue-scroll-notifier Plugins are now packed inside the resources folder instead of being grabbed from remote * Update clue-scroll-notifier * Update clue-scroll-notifier
