* Update custom-vital-bars to v1.7 - added the ability to change nearly every colour of each vital bar * Update custom-vital-bars to v1.7.1 - added Surge Potion cooldown as the outline progress for the Special Energy bar * v1.7.1.1 worried I didn't push one of the commits properly, so doing it manually * Update custom-vital-bars to v1.7.3 - changes to make all vital bars conform to the Outline Progress Selection Type (regen, consumable, neither, or both) * Update custom-vital-bars to v1.7.3.1 small oopsie
